Job Description

About the position: 

St Peter's College are seeking Part-time/Casual Soccer coaches for the School Soccer season in Term 2 and 3 (April 20th to August 22nd). The position involves approximately 6 hours of work per week - 2 afternoon sessions (Mon/Wed after 3.30pm) and a Saturday morning session (between 8.00am-11.00am). 

Applicants who already possess a valid:

  1. South Australian Working with Children Check (WWCC) and 
  2. Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education & Care (RRHAN-EC) – Fundamentals & Masterclass certificate.

Will be strongly positioned but all appointments will be required to obtain these accreditations before commencing work.

Desired Skills and Experience

As the successful applicant you will have: 

  • Relevant coaching qualifications or a soccer playing background with willingness to gain coaching skills and experience.
  • An understanding and acceptance of the role model and duty of care responsibilities that come with a school sport coaching role.
  • Be a permanent Australian resident and/or hold full working rights and visas for Australia.

Remuneration (hourly rate) is dependent upon Soccer Coaching and playing experience and any coaching qualifications.
